| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Printable conducting ink composition comprises a) a conducting polymer, b) an acryl monomer, c) a crosslinker, d) a photoinitiator, and e) a photoabsorber, where the conducting polymer is selected from poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS), polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene, or mixtures. USE - Printable conducting ink composition used in three-dimensional hydrogel in a kit and product (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The printable conducting ink composition exhibits dual electronic, ionic conductivity and highly tuneable mechanical properties, and the conducting hydrogel can also serve as a good electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) bases responsive indicator for a broad spectrum to develop as an impedance-based biosensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a process for preparing the printable conducting ink composition which involves reacting an acryl monomer, and a crosslinker to a polymer solution comprising the conducting polymer in the presence of a photoinitiator and a photoabsorber to obtain the composition; (2) a three-dimensional hydrogel which comprises multiple of layers forming a threedimensional structure, where each layer is an interconnected network obtained using the printable conducting ink composition; (3) a process for preparing the three-dimensional hydrogel which involves depositing a layer of the printable conducting ink composition a predetermined arrangement on a substrate, using a digital light processing-3D printer, and curing the layer by exposure to light, and repeating the steps to obtain the three-dimensional hydrogel; and (4) a bioink composition which comprises a conducting polymer, an acryl monomer, a crosslinker, a biopolymer, a photoinitiator, and a photoabsorber. |
