成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, particularly, to recovery of working layer of oxygen converter lining to increase wear resistance of slag skull. Method of application of slag skull on refractory lining of oxygen converter includes steel melting by monoprocess from cast iron with content, wt.%: silicon up to 0.20; manganese up to 0.60; carbon up to 5.50; leaving steelmaking slag of previous melting in oxygen converter, additive of high-magnesia materials, blowing of steel-making slag with neutral gas, mixture of raw dolomite and high-magnesian material is used as a high-magnesian material additive, consumption of which depends on lower grade content of carbon in grades of steel, wt.%: up to 1.7 kg/t of raw dolomite and 1.9-3.9 kg/t of high-magnesium material with carbon content from 0.09 to 0.20 or 0.7-2.7 kg/t of raw dolomite and 1.2-3.2 kg/t of high-magnesian material with carbon content from 0.20 to 0.40. A version of the method involves steel melting by a duplex process at redistribution of a semi-finished product metal from cast iron with content, wt.%: silicon up to 0.20; manganese up to 0.60; carbon up to 5.50; leaving steelmaking slag of previous melting in oxygen converter, addition of high-magnesia materials, blowing of steel-smelting slag with neutral gas, as an additive of high-magnesian material, a mixture of raw dolomite and high-magnesian material is used, consumption of which depends on lower grade content of carbon in grades of steel, wt.%: up to 1.6 kg/t of raw dolomite and 1.8-3.8 kg/t of high-magnesian material with carbon content from 0.09 to 0.20 or up to 1.7 kg/t of raw dolomite and 1.5-3.5 kg/t of high-magnesian material with carbon content from 0.20 to 0.40. USE - Metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - Consumption of high-magnesia materials is reduced by 25% for application of slag skull, fraction of area of refractory lining of oxygen converter, covered with slag skull, increases after oxygen blowing of cast iron with content, wt.%: silicon up to 0.20; manganese up to 0.60; carbon up to 5.50; or metal-semi-finished product obtained at redistribution of cast iron with content, wt.%: silicon up to 0.20; manganese up to 0.60; carbon up to 5.50; next melting is not less than 90%, increasing resistance of refractory lining of oxygen converter by 12%, reducing consumption of refractory materials for hot repair of refractory lining of oxygen converter by 33%. 1 cl, 2 tbl
