成果简介NOVELTY - The tester has a metal structure for containing a control module, where the control module is connected by harnesses to switching boards. A microcontroller is connected with a switching board to exchange data with each other. A personal computer is connected with opto-relay that is located on the switching boards for switching on the circuits being tested. A connector connects product being tested. Terminals connects a megohmmeter and grounding. A power supply (10) is connected with a power indicator and control elements, where number of switching boards is eight. The switching board provides insulation measurement for 30 circuits. USE - Insulation resistance tester. ADVANTAGE - The tester installs additional boards to significantly expand number of circuits being tested and to create a single measurement database with generation of a report for printing on a printer. The tester reduces production times and labor costs due to multiple reduction in time required to perform insulation resistance testing operation.
