成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for production of material of positive electrode (cathode) based on layered oxides of lithium and transition metals with improved electrochemical properties for lithium-ion batteries. Active cathode material for lithium-ion batteries is a compound of general formula Lia[NixMnyCoz]1-fCofAvO2, where 0.8≤a≤1.3, 0.3≤x≤1, 0≤y≤1, 0≤z≤1, 0.001≤f<1, 0≤v≤0.1, x+y+z=1, A is an alloying additive containing at least one element selected from the group: Al, Mg, Zr, W, Ti, Cr, V, Ca, Zn, Ga, Sr, Mo, Ru, In, Sc, and is characterized by radially oriented primary particles and gradient of concentrations of cobalt and nickel in agglomerates. USE - Electrical industry.
