RHA/H5 gene has been designed, plasmid DNA pVL3-HA/H5 having the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 5989 bp, molecular weight 3,700,705 Da, containing the target gene coding protein-immunogen HA/H5 SEQ ID NO: 2. Strain of the recombinant cell line CHO-K1-H5 and recombinant hemagglutinin of the influenza A (H5N8) virus, produced by the above cell line strain CHO-K1-H5 and inducing a specific immune response against the highly pathogenic influenza A (H5N8) virus.
