成果简介	NOVELTY - The assembly (100) comprises a set of stator modules (102), where each stator module comprises a stator tooth (104) and a stator yoke (106). The stator tooth and the stator yoke are configured to form a distorted L-shaped stator. Two consecutive stators are removably attached to each other, and configured for forming a variable size stator stack. A front end of the stators is joined to a central end of a subsequent stator through a removable interlocking mechanism. The tooth comprises a left protrusion and a right protrusion that is fixed at a tooth end, where the left protrusion and the right protrusion form a flexible snap-fit mechanism. USE - Modular stator assembly for motor e.g. high-efficiency motors, used in motor-driven applications. ADVANTAGE - The retractable modular stator assembly of a motor is provided with enhanced flexibility, adaptability, and simple maintainability that allows for customizable stator stack size and a simplified assembly process. The removable connection between the stator modules is ensured to simplify repair and replacement, thus reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The stator configuration optimizes motor performance, improves energy efficiency and thermal management.
