| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing biodegradable polyesters. Disclosed is a method of producing polyester based on succinic, malic acids and 1,4-butanediol from two steps, consisting in the fact that the first synthesis step – obtaining a prepolymer – is carried out by mixing succinic acid with 1,4-butanediol at temperature of up to 170 °C in a stream of nitrogen until complete mixing of monomers for 4 hours without using a catalyst, in the second synthesis step, additionally adding malic acid with 1,4-butanediol or an ester of malic acid with 1,4-butanediol and a catalyst into the prepolymer obtained at the first step at a temperature of up to 190 °C and contact time of 4 hours, and catalyst used is methanesulphonic acid in amount of 1 wt.%.
