成果简介	NOVELTY - A liquid-filled hard gelatin capsule formulation comprises mitotane and excipient such as tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS), where the formulation is prepared by: (a) adding TPGS to a container under heating; (b) maintaining the product temperature at 50℃; (c) adding mitotane to the liquid form of TPGS under stirring and heating at 50℃; and (d) filling obtained semisolids in hard gelatin capsules (size 00) as per target fill weight. USE - Liquid-filled hard gelatin capsule formulation. ADVANTAGE - The liquid-filled hard gelatin capsule formulation ensures better drug release property, good physical property, and improved bioavailability.
