| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves segregating end-of-life (EoL) photovoltaic panels into intact and damaged panels. The EoL photovoltaic panels are cleaned using a combination of water and air to remove dust before recovery process. Combination of a heating system with a clamp-based puller is designed, and heating is provided from a glass side on a specified area. Aluminium frames are removed by force, and strips are classified as extrusion scraps and copper ribbons. Photovoltaic ribbons used to interconnect cells in the photovoltaic panels are removed by force and desoldering, where the photovoltaic panels are immersed in a xylene solvent for two days at room temperature. USE - Method for recycling back ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) layer, and glass and silicon solar cells from a mono-Silicon photovoltaic module. ADVANTAGE - The method recovers glass, broken silicon wafers, and ethylene-vinyl acetate resin from end-of-life crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules non-destructively using single organic solvent.
