成果简介	NOVELTY - The baler has a loading mechanism for transferring crop slices from a pre-compression chamber to a baling chamber. A reciprocating plunger assembly comprises a reciprocating plunger head and a pair of connecting arms connected to the plunger head. The plunger head is slidably mounted relative to a baler frame. A plunger drive comprises a pair of planetary gear trains and a common drive shaft that powers gear trains. The gear trains are drivingly connected to one of the connecting arms of the plunger assembly to cooperatively power the plunger assembly to reciprocate into and out of the baling chamber to apply compressive force to a material. USE - Powered square baler for compressing and binding materials i.e. hay, straw or recycled materials into compact and easily manageable bales in agricultural and waste management applications. ADVANTAGE - The baler provides precise and efficient operations, thus reducing need for constant human oversight. The baler provides integration of smart technologies to automatically adjust settings based on a type and a condition of the material being baled, thus optimizing efficiency and reducing waste. The baler provides sensor technologies to enhance safety features to reduce risk of accidents and injuries associated with machine operation. The baler allows sensors to detect anomalies in a baling process, thus automatically shutting down the machine to prevent malfunctions or accidents.
