| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, more specifically to oncology, and concerns methods of combined treatment of upper ampullary rectal cancer. Preoperative stage involves 2 courses of chemotarget therapy using oxaliplatin in dose of 85 mg/m2 intravenously drop-by-drop for 2 hours in 1 day, leucovorin in dose of 400 mg/m2 intravenously drop-by-drop for 2 hours in 1 day, 5-fluorouracil in dose of 400 mg/m2 intravenously bolus in 1 day and 5-fluorouracil in dose of 2,400 mg/m2 intravenously drop-by-drop for 46 hours. That is followed by 4 courses of targeted therapy with cetuximab in dose of 500 mg/m2 intravenously for 90 minutes in 1 day in combination with courses of chemotherapy according to the above scheme. Break between the chemotherapy courses is 11 days. USE - Medicine.
