| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The coupling joint has a cylindrical protective casing (5) that is made of a non-magnetic material filled with an insulating medium, such as oil or sulfur hexafluoride, on one side of which a first cable with XLPE insulation is installed, the end of which is enclosed in a first conical insulator (3) made of epoxy compound. A cable core (2) is brought out at the end of the conical insulator by a first current terminal (6). A second cable having paper insulation impregnated with oil under high pressure, the end of which is enclosed in a second conical insulator (4) equipped with oil-blocking elements preventing oil leakage into the cavity of the protective casing. The core of the second cable is brought out at the end of the second conical insulator by a second current terminal (7). A connecting element (8) connects the first and second current terminals. The second conical insulator is made of paper impregnated with epoxy resin, which is heat-treated to obtain a monolith. USE - Transition coupling joint for connecting high-voltage cables with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation with high-pressure oil-filled cable. ADVANTAGE - The coupling joint ensures the mechanical strength of the structure and is achieved by the coupling containing a protective casing filled with an insulating medium.
