成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of laminar materials used for closed composting, and concerns membrane material for closed composting and method of its production. Membrane material comprises a first layer of polyester fabric, a second layer of polyester fabric and an intermediate layer between them, made of a polymer composition based on carbon-chain fluorine rubber with a fluorine content of 54.0 to 72.0 wt.%, wherein the number of layers of the polymer composition in the intermediate layer is in range of 3 to 5. Method of making a membrane material consists in applying a layer of a polymer composition on a first workpiece of a membrane material from a polyester fabric and a layer of a polymer composition on a second workpiece of a membrane material from a polyester fabric, wherein application of layer of polymer composition is carried out at speed of movement of polyester fabric in application machine from 1 to 16 m/min, after which the workpieces are dried at temperature of 65° up to 135°, wherein drying is carried out at a speed in range of 1 to 16 m/min, wherein the number of layers applied to one workpiece is in range of 1 to 2, after which on the first workpiece of the membrane material a bonding layer of the polymer composition is applied and duplicated with the second workpiece at temperature of 15 °C to 80 °C and speed of workpieces during duplication in range from 1 to 16 m/min, then duplicated workpieces are dried at temperature of 20 °C to 30 °C for 5 minutes to 120 hours, after which the semi-finished product is moulded at temperature of 90 °C to 235 °C, wherein speed of semi-finished product during moulding is in range of 0.1 to 20 m/min.
