成果简介	NOVELTY - Preparing and preserving an acellular tissue graft involves: (a) subjecting a tissue to decellularization with: (i) first decellularization agent comprising a hypertonic solution or a hypotonic solution, and (ii) a second decellularization agent comprising a detergent selected from anionic detergent, or non-ionic detergent, or a combination to prepare the acellular tissue graft; and (b) subjecting the acellular tissue graft to preservation with a preservant comprising a hygroscopic solvent. USE - Method for preparing and preserving an acellular tissue graft used in kit for reconstructive orthopaedics, craniofacial or maxillofacial surgery, dentistry, plastic surgery and wound care, where acellular tissue graft is a human acellular dermal graft (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method shows superiority in retaining structural and mechanical properties of the graft when compared with conventional preservation techniques such as freeze-drying and cryopreservation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for kit for preparing and preserving an acellular tissue graft, which comprises a first decellularization agent comprising a hypertonic solution or a hypotonic solution; a second decellularization agent comprising a detergent selected from anionic detergent, non-ionic detergent and combination; a preservant comprising a hygroscopic solvent; and a package insert or label comprising instructions for preparing and preserving the acellular tissue graft.
