成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to materials of electronic equipment, in particular to emission materials of metal-porous cathodes (MPC) for vacuum electronic devices of microwave range. For synthesis of emission material before mixing components of emission material based on oxides of barium, calcium and aluminium with addition of carbon nanoclusters sulphide adduct, initial substances barium and calcium carbonates and aluminium oxide or barium and calcium carbonates and aluminium oxide or hydroxide and silicon oxide are dried. In the polar solvent used for combining the components, a carbon nanocluster sulphide adduct is added and a cycle of ultrasonic treatment of the solution is carried out with frequency of 18 to 50 kHz and power of 250 to 330 W for 15-30 minutes, then the solution is settled for 15-30 minutes, after which its transparency and absence of sediment of non-dissolved products of the mixture are monitored. Following process operations are performed with a transparent, precipitate-free solution, and when obtaining a solution that does not meet the requirements for transparency or if there is a precipitate in the solution, the ultrasonic treatment cycle of the solution, settling it and checking for transparency and absence of precipitate is repeated N times, where 1-N-4, wherein only transparent solution is allowed for subsequent process operations. ADVANTAGE - Increased homogeneity of emission material with addition of carbon nanoclusters sulphide adduct and identity of composition characteristics from batch to batch for possibility of its industrial applicability for impregnation of metal-porous cathodes with reduced rate of evaporation. 5 cl, 1 dwg
