| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to device of high-speed horizontal clarifier with sludge recirculation and method of its start-up. Method consists in supplying water to an air separation chamber, where it is deaerated. Then one performs successive mixing of water with lime milk, mixing of water with a coagulant, mixing with a flocculant and separation of water into clarified water and sludge in a settling tank with a thin-layer block. After water is fed into the air separation chamber, into the water mixing chamber with lime milk or into the coagulation chamber, after delay of 5-15 minutes, sand of fraction 0.1-0.3 mm is fed into the chamber for mixing water with lime milk or into the coagulation chamber for 20-30 minutes.
