Method includes planting an explant on a nutrient medium, introducing the explant into a culture in vitro to obtain regenerated plants, their micro-cutting and rooting of micro-cuttings in a culture medium containing carbohydrates, subsequent adaptation of plants to non-sterile conditions ex vitro, according to the invention, the explants are sterilized in 0.01% disinfectant Nika-2 solution for 10 minutes, as a source of carbohydrates in the growing medium, fructose is used in amount of 30.0 g/l of the growing medium, at the stage of introduction into the culture in vitro, colloidal cluster silver 1.0 ml/l is added to the growing medium, at the stage of micropropagation proper, 6-BAP in concentration of 1.0 mg/l and Ferovit plant photosynthesis and respiration stimulator in concentration of 0.1 ml/l are added to the growing medium, at the stage of microshoots rooting in culture in vitro, IBA in concentration of 1.0 mg/l and birch coal in amount of 10.0 g/l are added to the growing medium, plants are adapted in vitro to soil conditions ex vitro, using a substrate of a mixture of transitional peat and schungite in ratio of 3:1.
