| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing solid oxide fuel cells by directed liquid-phase synthesis based on a method of combined crystallisation of nitrate salts for producing precursor powders and ceramic oxide nanocomposites of a given chemical composition. Initial reagents are cerium nitrate salts Ce(NO3)3⋅6H2O and neodymium Nd(NO3)3⋅6H2O, from which solutions with concentration of 0.1 M were prepared. Obtained solutions are mixed taking into account the specified stoichiometric ratio of oxides and by means of joint precipitation of hydroxides using reverse titration with subsequent freezing, xerogel is synthesized. Obtained xerogel is subjected to low-temperature drying at 150 °C, then X-ray amorphous xerogel is subjected to heat treatment at 600 °C, then to obtained precursor powder with chemical formula (CeO2)1-x(Nd2O3)x, where x=0.05; 0.10; 0.15; 0.20; 0.25 sintering additive of zinc oxide ZnO is added in amount of 3 wt.% over the main weight of charge. Further, the obtained nanopowders are consolidated by uniaxial cold pressing at pressure of 150 MPa, followed by sintering at 1,300 °C for 2 hours. USE - Chemistry. ADVANTAGE - During low-temperature treatment – gel freezing, along with removal of adsorption and crystallisation water from gel-like sediment, its maximum fast hardening also occurs, which enables to preserve high chemical homogeneity in the solid phase, and the use of low-temperature treatment in the synthesis process determines the evolution of the microstructure. |
