| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used to predict the development of neoplasms of the brainstem. Anamnesis is collected and a history of five factors is determined: the presence of intracranial hypertension, the presence of complaints indicating a malfunction of the central nervous system for 6 months or more, fact of genetically determined brain diseases in direct blood relatives, staying in the zone of high radioactive radiation, work in hazardous working conditions. Brainstem magnetic resonance imaging is performed to determine the section area of the brainstem in a sagittal projection along the median line. In 3D reconstruction mode, the volume of the brainstem is determined and the obtained values of the area and volume of the brainstem are compared with the values of the area and volume of the brainstem from Table 1 contained in the description. If observing one or more of the five factors in the past medical history and mismatch of the brainstem area and volume values with the brainstem area and volume values from Table 1, the development of brainstem neoplasms is predicted. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides predicting the development of a neoplasm of the brainstem by the declared prognostic criteria. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
