成果简介NOVELTY - The system (100) has a first sensor that is configured to be operatively coupled to an accelerator. The first sensor is configured to detect a displacement of the accelerator in real-time and generate a corresponding electrical signal indicative of throttle demand. An actuator (110) is operatively coupled to a piston and controlled by an ECU. The actuator is configured to adjust the position of the piston in real-time based on actuating signal received from the ECU. The ECU is configured to dynamically adjust the position of the piston within an air intake passage (107) based on received actuating signal. The regulation of the position of the piston enables dynamic modulation of airflow entering the carburetor in response to the displacement of the accelerator in an operative configuration of the system. USE - Air control system for carburetor of internal combustion engine of vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The air control system is precise and electronically controls air regulation, thus maintaining an optimal fuel-to-air ratio. The system mitigates fluctuations between rich and lean fuel mixtures to prevent incomplete combustion of the fuel mixture, and prevents excessive negative pressure and unintended fuel draw. The throttle control system eliminates the need for a mechanical throttle cable, and dynamically adjusts airflow through the air passage of the carburetor.
