Method involves ultrasound of pelvic organs with colour Doppler mapping and hysteroscopy. In the absence of endometrial hyperplastic processes, an antiprogestin preparation is prescribed in dose of 25 mg/day for 2 months before the surgical treatment; in the presence of endometrial hyperplastic processes, a combination of an antiprogestin preparation in dose of 25 mg/day with an antiestrogen preparation in dose of 20 mg/day is prescribed for 2 months before the surgical treatment.
