成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to organic chemistry, to novel biologically active substances of the class of substituted thienopyrrolopyrimidines. Disclosed is 5-amino-3-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)-1-(2-oxo-2-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylidene)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-2(1H)-one of formula: having anti-inflammatory activity. 5-amino-3-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)-1-(2-oxo-2-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylidene)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2(1H)-one is obtained by interaction of nitrile of 2-((2-oxo-5-(4-fluorophenyl)furan-3(2H)-ylidene)amino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylic acid with 3-morpholino-3-oxopropane nitrile in presence of 1 equivalent of diisopropylethylamine (DIPEA). Reaction takes place in dioxane while stirring and temperature of 90 °C with subsequent extraction of target products using known methods. USE - Organic chemistry.
