| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for plasty of humeral head bone defects in posterior blocked humeral dislocations. Articular surfaces of the head of humerus are approached; open elimination of dislocation is performed; intact articular surface is lifted and nonviable cartilage tissue is removed. Allograft based on spongy and cortical bone tissues is formed or fragmented, then placing in the area of the formed defect of the subchondral layer and impregnated with platelet lysate. Two biodegradable pins are introduced through the allograft parallel to each other and along the articular surface of the humeral head. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides replacement of bone tissue deficiency in the area of fracture with deep defects of fresh and old blocked back dislocations of shoulder with restoration of proper cartilaginous surface of shoulder in combination with restoration of head geometry, reduced risk of retainers migration due to bone allograft fixation using bidegraded pins, which create a support for the subchondral layer of the repaired surface of the head and prevent its deformation in the postoperative period, and use of thrombocyte lysate to enhance osteoconductive and osteoinductive properties. 2 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
