Preparation for correction of intestinal microbiota composition in the form of a soft capsule, characterized by the fact that it contains a shell comprising edible gelatine, glycerine, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid and ammonium hydroxide, which contains an active ingredient in the form of a complex of peppermint leaf oil, ginger rhizomes essential oil, tocopherol or a mixture of tocopherols, as well as oil selected from refined olive oil, perilla oil or mixture thereof, at the following content of components in mg per capsule: edible gelatine 110-130, glycerine 43-50, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 22.5-27.5, sodium alginate 4.7-5.3, ammonium hydroxide 0.9-1.1, stearic acid 0.3-0.7, essential oil of ginger rhizomes 10-500, peppermint leaves oil 10-500, tocopherol or mixture of tocopherols 0.04-0.06, refined olive oil or perilla oil or their mixture 250-300 mg.
