| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to mining and hydrometallurgical industry, in particular to versions of method for hydrometallurgical processing of cake of bacterial oxidation of sulphide gold-containing concentrate (product of bacterial oxidation). Methods include extraction of cake and extraction of gold from cake of bacterial oxidation. Centrifugation is carried out in one step to obtain a centrifugal cake with a solid content of not less than 40%, after which the centrifuge centrate is directed for neutralization and a tailing dump, and centrifugal cake is neutralized with calcium oxide suspension with concentration of about 10% until pH value in liquid phase is equal to 10.0-10.5. Neutralized centrifugal cake is directed for hydrocycloning with additional grinding of sands. Separated hydrocycloning overflow is thickened, the upper thickening overflow is directed to the tailing dump, and the thickened hydrocyclonation product is subjected to two-stage leaching, which includes leaching with glycine (aminoacetic acid) at the first stage and sorption cyanidation according to the “coal-in-pulp” technology at the second stage, tail pulp of the second stage of sorption cyanidation is delivered for decontamination. In versions of the method, potassium permanganate with concentration of 150 g/l and maintaining concentration in solution of 2.5-3 g/l or oxygen is used as an oxidising agent at the first leaching step.
