| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a fixing nut rigidly fixed on a U-shaped frame with possibility of installing bolts, where each of bolt contains a retainer at an end with the possibility of installing a wheel support. Two adjusting nuts are rigidly fixed to a rear part of the frame with the possibility of installing studs. The studs are rigidly fixed to the frame at an end, and are rigidly fixed to a protective casing at another end, while a through hole with the possibility of installing a cleaning element is in the middle of the protective casing. Two adjusting nuts and a metal plate made in a U-shape are rigidly fixed to the rear part of the protective casing. The through holes are made on the sides of the metal plate with the possibility of fixing the cleaning element, where a segment of a metal pipe is rigidly fixed on back of the metal plate with the possibility of installing a handle. USE - Device for cleaning an outer surface of a pipe from various types of deposits and coatings during anti-corrosion treatment of pipes before painting a gas pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The device increases efficiency of cleaning the outer surface of the pipe.
