| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Fiberboard sheet comprises 70-80 wt.% pearl millet seed covering, 10 wt.% paper pulp, and 10-20 wt.% maida paste. The sheet has a thickness of at least 3 mm, and a moisture content reduced to a predetermined level through a drying process at 50℃. The paper pulp is derived from waste paper soaked in water for 10-12 hours. The sheet is formed by grinding waste paper to form the paper pulp, and heating refined wheat flour with water to form maida. The paste is prepared by mixing refined wheat with water and heating to a temperature of 100℃, and pressing the mixture in a mold. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing a fiberboard sheet which is used for packaging and making paper fold boxes for effective preservation of various goods and products. ADVANTAGE - The fiberboard sheet: utilizes agricultural waste, preferably pearl millet seed covering, as a raw material; has improved moisture sensitivity, strength, rigidity and flexibility; and is eco-friendly, economical, and recyclable.
