| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a self-propelled wheeled bogie (1) that is arranged with frame (2) on which a cabin (3) is mounted. A power unit (4) and boom (5) is located along longitudinal axis of frame, and secured to the frame via swinging mechanism (6) of boom. The swinging mechanism of boom is made in form of lever (7) and secured at one end in middle of the frame, where other end is secured in front portion of boom. Front hydraulic cylinders (10) with rod mounts are secured to right and left sides of lever. Rear eye mounts are secured to front portion of frame, and two rear hydraulic cylinders (13) on right and left sides of boom are arranged with rod mounts secured to boom, where rear eye mounts are secured to rear portion of frame. USE - Device for processing mixers. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures optimal energy consumption for machine operation, ensures ease of operation due to precision of boom positioning, which enables absence of lateral play in boom, and makes it quite convenient to control raising and lowering of boom.
