| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing high-hardness areas (HHA) on the surface of a metal sample intended for calibrating eddy current flaw detectors used to search for hardness anomalies in metal articles. Two strikers differ from each other by working surface radius are used. HHA boundary is formed with the help of the first striker, having the radius of curvature of the working surface R1, which is in range of 0.5 mm ≤ R1 ≤ 2.5 mm. Inner area of HHA is formed with the help of second striker having radius of curvature of working surface R2, which is in range of 2 mm ≤ R2 ≤ 10 mm. Target value H of hardness within the inner region of HHA is achieved by controlling the value N, which is determined in accordance with the previously obtained empirically calibration curve H/H0= F(N), where H is the target value of hardness of the sample in the inner area of the HHA; H0 – base value of sample hardness.
