| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to a method of producing 2a,4-diphenyl-5-(4-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl)-2a,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-spiro[azeto[1,2-d]benzo[b][1,4]diazepin-2,1'-cyclopropane]-1-one of formula 1. Method involves reaction of 2,4-diphenyl-1-(4-trifluoromethyl)benzoyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepine of formula 2 with methyl ester of 1-bromocyclopropane carboxylic acid and zinc in o-xylene medium at boiling for 6 hours with subsequent treatment of reaction mass and extraction of target products. USE - Chemistry.
