成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to fire-retardant materials and can be used to protect surfaces of foamed polystyrene plates. Method of producing a fire-retardant coating for foamed polystyrene boards involves applying on the surface of one or more layers of a composition containing a binder and a filler, with each layer drying. Composition contains liquid sodium glass and a polyvinyl acetate dispersion as a binder, kaolin as a filler and as functional additives titanium dioxide, vermiculite, finely dispersed silicon dioxide and shungite. Composition is prepared by successive loading into a mixer of kaolin, liquid sodium glass, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, shungite, vermiculite and polyvinyl acetate dispersion. Also disclosed is a version of the method of producing a fire-retardant coating for foamed polystyrene boards. USE - Fire-retardant materials.
