成果简介	NOVELTY - Device for detecting damage in the cable connection of the stator of a mine asynchronous motor comprises a circuit of series-connected resistors, capacitor, winding of the first relay and diode, connected between the metal housing of the asynchronous motor and the unit for interconnection of the first outputs of the phase windings of the stator of this motor, to the second outputs of which the phase conductors of the power supply cable are connected by the first outputs. Second outputs of the phase conductors of the cable are connected to the power outputs of the starter output in the compartment of its cable input. Power supply cable structure comprises a central wire, the ends of which are introduced into the asynchronous motor cable input compartment, as well as into the starter cable input compartment, where the second relay is located, the winding of which is connected by the first output to the central wire of the cable, and the opening contact of the second relay is intended for connection in series to the remote control circuit of the contactor of the starter. Device additionally contains three resistors arranged in the cable entry compartment of the starter. First relay has a closing contact connected between the metal housing of the asynchronous motor and the central wire of the power supply cable. Central wire of the power supply cable in the cable entry compartments of the starter and the asynchronous motor is connected to terminals isolated from the metal housings of these compartments. Three said resistors are connected by the first leads to the corresponding power leads of the starter output, and by the second leads are connected to each other and to the second lead of the winding of the second relay. ADVANTAGE - Easier detection of damage in the power supply cable of the mine induction motor both in case of contact of the phase conductor of the power supply cable with the metal housing of the motor, and in case of damage of the insulation of the phase conductor. 1 cl, 1 dwg
