| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The element has a stand formed with a pneumatic tube. A pneumatic channel is fixed with an outlet replaceable tips with hole diameter of 3-7 mm directed to the stand. The stand is hingedly attached to a frame from below at angle of 23-30 degree. A tip is forward in the direction of movement of a unit, where two tips are installed at an angle of 30-60 degree on sides and upwards and two tips perpendicular to surface of a rack on sides for supplying pulsating compressed air with frequency regulated by an electric valve and matched to speed of movement of the unit and adjustable pressure and volume of supplied air depending on the and cohesion of soil. The stand causes destruction of bond between particles and realizes crumbling of the soil at depth of processing and at the same time creates vibration of the chisel working element stand with the same frequency due to connection of upper part of hinged stand with the frame through a spring with appropriate rigidity. USE - Chisel working element for soil processing with pulsive compressed air. ADVANTAGE - The element expands technological capabilities of chisel working bodies by loosening and crumbling soil in front of chisel and stand of working body to values required according to agrotechnical requirements, thus supplying pulsating compressed air. The element reduces traction resistance of working body and number of passes of various units to prepare soil for sowing, and increases productivity of unit.
