成果简介	NOVELTY - The case has a base portion (1), a cartridge case body (2) and a bullet entrance (3). The base portion is made of cold-rolled steel of length which is connected by injection molding to the body of the cartridge case made of polyamide PA612 with 70% reinforced additive of fiberglass, nylon 6/6 and modified nylon resin 612 of length. The bullet entrance is made of polyamide PA612 with 50% reinforced additive of fiberglass and modified nylon resin 612 length which is connected to the body of the sleeve by injection molding and has a maximum wall thickness at the junction with the body of the sleeve. USE - Three-piece polymer cartridge case. ADVANTAGE - The three-piece polymer cartridge case has a more advanced design with less weight than existing analogues, as a result of which an increase in the portable ammunition load of cartridges, an increase in the effectiveness of hitting a target. The accuracy and precision of shooting, the reliability of the product under aggressive operating conditions and the survivability of military personnel during combat operations are achieved. the deformation and destruction of the cartridge case during firing and extraction from the chamber and the possibility of moisture penetration to the powder charge of the cartridge during its use in aggressive environments are eliminated.
