| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, gastroenterology, therapy, and can be used for diagnosing chronic blepharitis associated with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). A 13-C urease test is carried out and the following values are determined in the eye affected with blepharitis by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in a sample of lachrymal fluid: IgG to H. pylori, units/ml; total antibodies: IgA, IgM, IgG to CagA H. pylori antigen; interleukin 8 (IL 8), pg/ml; MCP-1, pg/ml. If observing a positive result of 13-C urease test and at least one of the lachrymal fluid values in the affected eye: positive values of IgG to H. pylori, positive values of total antibodies: IgA, IgM, IgG to CagA H. pylori antigen, IL 8 ≤ 5 pg/ml, MCP-1 > 400 pg/ml is used to diagnose chronic blepharitis associated with H. pylori.
