| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to rolling mill for production of long products. Proposed machine comprises continuous casting machine, flying shears, intermediate storage of billets with schlepper, heating devices in the form of flame furnace and induction heater, rolling mill, additional roller table and multi-section main roller table. Main roller table is installed coaxially with the continuous casting machine and the rolling mill. Additional roller table is located parallel to the casting-rolling line and connects the intermediate stockpile with the flame furnace. Flame furnace is equipped with a device for transverse movement of workpieces and unloading onto the main roller table. Induction heater is installed on the axis of casting-rolling after unloading of billets from the flame furnace to the main roller table. USE - Foundry.
