成果简介NOVELTY - The system (100) has a drying chamber (106) defined by sidewalls extending vertically from a periphery of a base (112). A transparent top cover (104) is fabricated from sunlight-transmitting material to admit and diffuse solar radiation into the chamber. An absorber plate is positioned at an operative bottom of the chamber, where the plate absorbs solar energy and features corrugations to increase surface area for enhanced heat absorption. An air inlet opening is positioned near the operative bottom for ambient air inflow, and an air outlet opening (110) facilitates the exhaust of moisture laden air. The cover is made from polycarbonate sheets, glass or transparent acrylic sheets. USE - System for drying substances. ADVANTAGE - The system integrates shot-blasted corrugated absorber plates to address challenges of conventional designs and to achieve higher efficiency, reduced energy losses, and enhanced operational durability. The system allows stresses to improve material's fatigue life and resistance to stress-related issues, thus enhancing durability and reliability of the system under prolonged operational conditions. The system has an absorber plate design to introduce a roughened surface texture, which minimizes solar radiation reflection and enhances energy absorption, thus increasing effective surface area of the plate, and promoting superior heat transfer and energy distribution.
