成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology. Intranasal pterygopalatine block is performed. An insulin syringe connected to a peripheral catheter with diameter of 20 G and length of 32 mm without a conducting needle is inserted through the nostril into the nasal passage parallel to the nasal septum at angle of 35° in relation to the frontal plane of the face. It is moved above the middle nasal concha with medial displacement. Then 0.5% levobupivacaine is introduced in dose of 1 drop every 20 s three times. USE - Medicine.
