Essence of the test consists in recalcification of whole blood plasma with calcium chloride and registration of coagulation on a photometer for enzyme immunoassay. Coagulation of whole plasma during incubation for 30 min at 37 °C testifies to reduced anticoagulant potential of blood plasma and threat of thrombosis in viral infection or in inflammatory conditions of a person, as well as in post-covid syndrome.
