| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - A hopper with bulk material flow divider (5) comprises a housing (1) with inclined wall, a vertical material flow divider dividing volume of the housing into equal portions, loading window (2), and unloading window (3). The flow divider is secured to wall of the housing using tension spring (6), and fabric sealant (7) is provided in gap between the wall of hopper and divider. The surface of fabric sealant has polymer coating consisting of copolymer of glycidyl methacrylate and hexyl methacrylate in a molar ratio of monomer units of 9:1. USE - Hopper used for processing, short-term storage and transportation of bulk material prone to arching, and for agro-industrial complex, mining, cement mining and construction applications. ADVANTAGE - The hopper increases efficiency of unloading bulk material.
