成果简介NOVELTY - Invention represents a method of growing wild lowbush blueberry. Method involves planting an explant on a nutrient medium, introducing the explant into a culture in vitro to produce regenerated plants, and their micro-cutting and rooting of micro-cuttings in a culture in vitro on a nutrient medium containing carbohydrates, subsequent adaptation of plants to non-sterile conditions ex vitro, according to the invention, the explants are sterilized in a solution of disinfectant Sulfochlorantin-D 5% for 10 minutes, sugar in amount of 25.0 g/l of nutrient medium is used as a source of carbohydrates in the nutrient medium, at the stage of micropropagation proper 6-BAP in concentration of 0.5 mg/l and gibberellic acid in concentration of 0.1 mg/l are added in nutrient medium, at the stage of microshoots rooting in culture in vitro indoleacetic acid in concentration of 0.5 mg/l and birch coal in amount of 8.0 g/l are added to the nutrient medium. USE - Biotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Invention ensures increase of the wild lowbush blueberry plants reproduction factor at reduction of labour costs for production of seedlings.
