| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to pathophysiology, laboratory diagnostics, therapy, and can be used for prediction of severity of haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP) in patient’s blood at admission is determined. Concentration is determined by immunoturbidimetric method at wave length 340 nm. Degree of severity of the clinical course of the disease is predicted by the level of CRP content within the range: 10-21 mg/l – average degree of HFRS, 22-27 mg/l – severe HFRS, 28 mg/l and more – severe HFRS complicated by acute renal failure. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides the possibility of reducing labour intensity and increasing the accuracy of prediction of severity of haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome complicated by acute renal failure at early stages of the disease by determining concentration of CRP in blood. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
