| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to oil refining, particularly, to hydrotreatment of heavy oil fractions with high content of nitrogen-containing organic compounds. Described is a catalyst and a method of preparing the catalyst, which includes compounds of molybdenum, nickel, phosphorus and a support. Catalyst is prepared by impregnation of support by moisture capacity with aqueous solution simultaneously containing a mixture of complex compounds [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2], Ni2[H2P2Mo5O23] and H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] and diethylene glycol in amount of 10-20 vol.%, impregnation is carried out at temperature of 60 °C for 15-30 minutes with periodic mixing with subsequent drying and sulphidation, wherein the support is used, which contains, wt.%: in terms of oxides of non-metals SiO2 – 2 and B2O3 – 10; sodium – 0.03; γ- and χ-Al2O3 – balance. After impregnation and drying catalyst contains, wt.%: [Ni(H2O)2]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] – 1.5-7.0; Ni2[H2P2Mo5O23] – 22.5-30.0; H4[Mo4(C6H5O7)2O11] – 3.2-6.8; carrier – the rest. Particles of the active component formed after the sulphidation step have dispersity of 0.34-0.39. USE - Oil refining.
