| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to urology and physiotherapy, and can be used for rehabilitation of patients with urolithiasis after nephrolithotripsy. With the background of preparation for lithotripsy, the patient receives a biologically active food supplement Urinal-Nefro in dosage of 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals for 5-7 days before surgery and then for 3 weeks after lithotripsy in combination with sound stimulation on a projection kidneys. First, the kidney area is exposed to ultrasonic waves in a pulse mode with intensity of up to 1 W/cm2, frequency of 1,000 kHz with duration of 10 minutes, and then with sound waves in range from 2.0 to 3.5 kHz, modulated with low-frequency oscillations of 60 Hz.
