| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Microbial consortium comprises: at least one, two or more or combination of bacteria selected from a nitrogen-fixing bacteria, a phosphate solubilizing bacteria, a potassium-mobilizing bacteria, where nitrogen-fixing bacteria is Paenibacillus azotofixans(Accession No: MTCC-8319), the phosphate solubilizing bacteria is Bacillus aryabhattai(Accession No: NAIMCC- ID 5208- B01819), and the potassium-mobilizing bacteria is Pseudomonas azotoformans(Accession No: NAIMCC- ID 6979- B-02563). USE - Microbial consortium for used in composition as a substitute for chemical fertilizer, e.g., NPK fertilizer for improving the overall plant growth, development, productivity and soil quality (all claimed). Test details are described but no results given. ADVANTAGE - The microbial consortium enables to reduce the usage of chemical fertilizer; highly stable; extend shelf life; improve nitrogen-fixing, phosphate mobilizing and potash solubilization; and exhibit symbiotic and synergistic effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a composition, which comprises: the microbial consortium, and excipient; 2. a method of forming a composition for use as a biofertilizer, which involves: (a) culturing one or more of bacteria selected from nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate solubilizing bacteria, potassium-mobilizing bacteria individually; (b) mixing the cells/spores of the nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Paenibacillus azotofixans; phosphate solubilizing bacteria, Bacillus aryabhattai; potassium mobilizing bacteria, Pseudomonas azotoformansin ratio of 0.5-1.7; 1.3-2.8; 0.7-1.4 to obtain a nitrogen phosphorus potassium (NPK) microbial consortium; (c) co-culturing the NPK microbial consortium in single production media to achieve a concentration of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Paenibacillus azotofixans; phosphate solubilizing bacteria, Bacillus aryabhattai; potassium mobilizing bacteria, Pseudomonas azotoformansof 1:1:1, having each individual culture in the count of at least 1010colony forming unit (Cfu)/g to obtain a consortium microbe; (d) mixing consortium microbe with excipients selected from carriers, thickeners, emulsifiers, adjuvants, surfactants, coating agents, suspending agents, stabilizers, wetting agents, gelling agents, or a mixture to obtain a composition; and 3. a method of improving the overall plant growth, development, productivity and soil quality, which involves: applying the consortium or composition to the plants, plant portions, fruits, vegetables or soil. |
