成果简介	NOVELTY - A device comprises a generator (1) of high-voltage electrical pulses, an electric discharge chamber (2) in the form of a horizontal hollow cylinder filled with liquid and gas in its internal volume, a conductive electrodes (3, 4) coaxially mounted in the bases of the cylinder to form an interelectrode gap, and an electric drive (5) for rotating the electric discharge chamber, electrode (3), liquid and gas around a horizontal axis with a smoothly changing speed until a layer of liquid is formed under the action of centrifugal force on the internal surface of the electric discharge chamber around the conductive electrodes (3, 4), where the electrode (4) is fixed and is not rotated. USE - Device used for producing liquid dispersion of nanoparticles, and for producing nano-powder of metal, oxide, nitride, carbide, magnetic fluid, and liquid heat carrier for biology and medicine applications. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces chemical contamination, and economically provides the required concentration of generated nanoparticles per unit volume of liquid.
