成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a functionally cosmetic prosthetic foot with truncation at the level of anterior portion. In the prosthesis, the anterior portion of the prosthesis is made in the form of a receiving sleeve made with possibility of putting on the foot and with possibility of attachment by means of bandages on the base of metatarsal bones, which compensates for the missing segments of the foot, made of plastic material according to the individual foot impression, and made with possibility of individual adjustment of load on heads of metatarsal bones of available toes and foot segments with development of secondary deformations in shares of load distribution, using a support platform formed to correct a varus, valgus, supination or pronation position of the forefoot. Support platform is configured to create an individual angle of inclination of the embedded silicone insole, inside which there is a carbon plate for elasticity of the base of the prosthesis. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Improvement of gait stereotype, correction of load on heads of intact metatarsal bones and prevention of progression of deformations of fingers in case of reduction malformations and consequences of trauma, increase of functional capabilities of incorrectly formed forefoot during walking and other movements. 1 cl, 3 dwg
