| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The external centering device has a multi-link chain that is composed of links (1) and crossbar with boss fixed to the chain in which a release screw (5) is installed. Steel link-pressure pairs with two pressure plates are rigidly fixed between each link in form of arches, which are pressed tightly against outer surfaces of pipes that are assembled so as to ensure that welding of root layer of seam continues under pressure plate from point where it ends. USE - External centering device for aligning ends of welded cylindrical elements such as pipes and eliminating movement of edges to be joined before welding. ADVANTAGE - The device is enabled to ensure the possibility of performing continuous process of welding root layer of seam until its complete completion using multi-link centralizer without removing it.
