| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Preparing encapsulated nano Zinc loaded plant growth promoting rhizobacteria bioactive formulation comprises: (a) growing Bacillus subtilisin nutrient broth as growth medium, 50 mM zinc acetate dehydrate as precursor, 50 mM sodium borohydride aqueous solution as a reducing agent for sysnthesis of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles (NP); (b) adding 6 N hydrochloric acid for acidification; (c) utilizing ethanol as extractant of bioactive compound from Bacillus subtilis; (d) dissolving gum arabic in deionised water; and (e) incorporating ZnO NP: Iturin: gum Arabic at 1:1:0.5 for encapsulation, where growth medium i.e., nutrient broth is prepared by suspending 13 g readymade nutrient broth powder in 1000 ml distilled water, measuring pH and maintained at 7.4±0.2, the bacterial cell culture of Bacillus subtilisis done for 24 hours, and encapsulated nano zinc loaded plant growth promoting rhizobacteria -20℃. USE - Method for preparing encapsulated nano Zinc loaded plant growth promoting rhizobacteria bioactive formulation for the management strategy of bacterial leaf blight and brown spot of rice (claimed), increasing the resistance plant against plant Bipolaris oryzaeand Xanthomonas poryzaepv. oryzae through enhanced plant defence metabolites in the treated plant; and protecting the crop from causing bacterial leaf blight and brown spot of rice with increased plant growth parameters and yield. The ability of bioactive molecule loaded Zinc nanoparticle (En-ZnO-NP-BF) against Bipolaris oryzaeon growth parameters and disease incidence was tested in rice (CAUS 107). The result showed that the 200 ppm bioactive molecule loaded Zinc nanoparticle exhibited effective tillers of 95.83%, and disease incidence of 12.06%. ADVANTAGE - The encapsulated product enhances zinc content of grains, potential source for plant health management with increase zinc content in rice, and shelf life of 180 days at temperature of 25±2℃, 4℃C and -20℃. |
