| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The floor trolley (1) has four independent wheels that are provided on one side of the trolley with two cylindrical drive wheels (7) with independent electric drives (3). The two idle cylindrical wheels with flanges (6) designed with the possibility of movement along rails with a smaller bending radius are provided on the opposite side. The vertical axis around which the metal housing rotate to accommodate the idle wheel (5) with the flange is designed with an offset relative to the axis of symmetry of the metal housing and passes through the point of intersection of the horizontal surface of the idle wheel slope and the base of the flange. USE - Floor trolley for horizontal movement of crystallizers of electroslag remelting furnaces. ADVANTAGE - The yield and productivity of single-position electroslag furnaces limited by workshop space are increased. A smooth ride is ensured when moving a floor trolley along a rail track, which eliminates disruption of the crystallization process of molten metal in the upper part of the crystallizer during movement. The large financial costs required for the reconstruction of the furnace section are eliminated.
